Speech & Language Therapy
Speech and Language is the foundation for communication, learning, and social interactions. Good Language skills are critical for optimal success as a student, friend and productive member of society. Speech therapy helps improve receptive language, expressive language, comprehension and processing. Speech therapists treat articulation as well.
Occupational Therapy
Did you know that children also have “occupations?” No, we didn’t say a job, we said “occupations!”
Children must fill the roles and occupations of being students, friends, sons or daughters, and siblings. Their occupations have many required “jobs and tasks” that need to be completed in order for them to be and feel successful!

Physical Therapy
Pediatric physical therapists are trained to improve the lives and daily function of children in the areas of gross motor. At Bridge Linx we work with the child, family and school to assist each child in reaching his/her maximum potential in order to function independently and to promote active participation at home, in school, and in the community. PTs work to improve children’s motor development, strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, coordination, gait difficulties, heart and lung endurance, and delayed motor development. Help from a physical therapist should be sought if, but not limited to, the following: your child is delayed in meeting his/her motor milestones, has overall muscle weakness, frequently “W” sits, has limited or excessive hip mobility, or has a physical deformity that affects mobility.
Social/Behavior Therapy
Children function best when they are happy and regulated. Our social behavior program is designed to help children maximize their daily functioning. Therapy is focused on developing skills in areas including emotional regulation, executive functions, and social skills. Children who can benefit from our program may be struggling with task completion, organization, time management, focusing, peer interactions, anger management, and anxiety. Every child’s therapy journey is uniquely tailored to his particular needs and children learn specific techniques to develop skills. Our program utilizes a whole-person approach by ensuring strong collaborations with teachers and parents to generalize skills in the school and home settings and implement necessary modifications. Therapists provide support, techniques and behavior plans to caregivers to maximize the effectiveness of the therapy process.
